Services and Contact Information

I am always happy to facilitate education and wellness however I can. While I am a practicing therapist, this part of my work focuses on education and consultation rather than therapy. I have been lucky to train and work with individuals, families, and providers around perinatal issues and look forward to opportunities to continue doing so. Below are a list of services I offer. If you are interested in learning more about my therapeutic approach, feel free to explore my Psychology Today profile.

Individual/Family Consultation - $125/1 hour session

Set up individual times virtually with me for you and your primary support(s) to discuss specific questions/concerns about mental/emotional health and wellness during the perinatal period. For instance, help creating a birth plan, designing a shift schedule for baby care, or how to set healthy boundaries with extended family. This is a non-therapeutic service designed to address specific questions/concerns that you may have. Includes a free 15ish minute consult to discuss scope of the work (specific questions, estimate of how many meetings will be needed), whether we are a good match, and cost.

Pre-Natal Education Groups - $350

If there is enough interest at a given time, I will happily provide a virtual, seven-week pre-natal education group. Topics may change occasionally, or if a group specifically requests, but typically include the following: setting expectations, making an emotional birth plan, mental health and what to watch for, identifying supports, overcommunication, bonding Vs. boundaries, self-care. Participation is limited to two people per registration (birthing person, primary support, adoptive parents to be, etc).

Provider Education

It has been a true gift to get to help medical providers learn how mental health and environment can impact the care they provide to their patients. I have provided trainings on many topics, but have a strong focus on identifying and treating individuals experiencing domestic violence and understanding what it means to be a mandated reporter. I am happy to provide in-person or online trainings for providers and possibly provide CEUs or continuing training credits. Fees will be based on kind and length of training requested.
